ku9e Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and ku9e ("the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of all services, games, betting markets, promotions, and features available through ku9e, including the website located at ku9e.io and any related mobile interfaces.

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or otherwise accessing any part of the ku9e platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not accept these Terms, you are not permitted to use ku9e services.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and ku9e. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall prevail.

ku9e reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will endeavour to notify registered players of material changes via the email address associated with their account.

Access to and use of ku9e is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on every subsequent occasion they access the platform:

To access the full range of ku9e services, you must register a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. ku9e will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately at support@ku9e.io.

ku9e reserves the right to refuse account registration, suspend an existing account, or request additional verification documents at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to concerns over identity, age, fraud, or compliance with these Terms.

All financial transactions on ku9e are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits may be made using bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay mobile financial services. ku9e does not currently support international credit cards or bank wire transfers for players based in Bangladesh. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though high-value deposits may trigger additional KYC review.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money-laundering (AML) best practices. Withdrawal requests submitted by fully verified accounts are ordinarily processed within one to four hours during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Withdrawal requests submitted outside business hours may be processed on the following business day.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. ku9e does not charge a platform fee on standard withdrawals; however, the relevant mobile financial service provider (e.g., bKash) may apply their own transaction charges, which are beyond ku9e's control.

ku9e offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on a player's first deposit, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, T20 World Cup fixtures, and Eid celebrations. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is offered, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

General Bonus Conditions: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's individual terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified in the promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stipulated period will result in the bonus funds and any winnings generated from them being forfeited.

Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. ku9e reserves the right to withhold bonus payments, cancel bonus funds, and void any winnings generated from bonus funds if it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any form of collusion to exploit promotional offers.

All bets placed on ku9e are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, or game type. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the relevant rules before placing any bet. In the event of a dispute over a bet outcome or game result, the decision of ku9e's trading team shall be final, subject only to the formal dispute resolution process described in these Terms.

ku9e reserves the right to void any bet that is placed in error, placed on incorrect odds resulting from a technical fault, or placed in circumstances that constitute an obvious error on the part of the platform. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's account balance.

All casino games offered through ku9e use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, sourced exclusively from regulated studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is set by the originating studio and is not adjustable by ku9e.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ku9e platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balance, including both real-money funds and bonus funds.

ku9e reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been violated or that continuation of the account poses a legal, financial, or reputational risk to the platform.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their ku9e account may do so at any time by contacting the support team at support@ku9e.io. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within five business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Where an account is closed by ku9e as a result of a breach of these Terms — including but not limited to fraud, multi-accounting, bonus abuse, or prohibited activities — ku9e reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including all deposited real-money funds where such forfeiture is permitted under applicable law and the player has been found to have acted in bad faith.

ku9e is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment and should never be treated as a means of generating income or recovering financial losses. ku9e provides a suite of self-management tools that all registered players may access at any time through their account settings.

All content on the ku9e platform — including but not limited to the ku9e brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and any other creative or technical elements — is the exclusive property of ku9e or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ku9e platform strictly for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit reproduction, redistribution, resale, sublicensing, broadcast, modification, or any other use of ku9e content outside of normal platform use without express prior written consent from ku9e.

Game content, including graphics, audio, and software, provided by third-party studios such as Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is subject to their licensing agreements with ku9e.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ku9e shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the ku9e platform. This includes, without limitation, losses arising from server downtime, network failures, data corruption, or unauthorised access to your account as a result of your own failure to maintain account security.

ku9e makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". While ku9e makes commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform uptime and data integrity, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

ku9e accepts no liability for any loss of winnings, profits, contracts, data, or goodwill arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including force majeure events such as natural disasters, civil unrest, government action, infrastructure failure, or acts of third parties including internet service providers.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ku9e's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter for which liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

ku9e collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ku9e will not sell or share your personal data with unauthorised third parties. Data may be shared with regulated payment processors (such as bKash and Nagad), identity verification service providers, and fraud prevention systems strictly for the purpose of operating the platform and complying with applicable legal obligations.
